Who is responsible
Abdocoach, France, publishes Abdocoach and decides how your data is used. Contact: contact@abdocoach.com.
What we handle
Scan photo: only if you choose to scan. See the next section.
Purchase: your email address and which offer you bought, so we can unlock your access. We store them in a database (Upstash). Your card number never reaches us: Stripe processes the payment.
Workout history: saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. You can delete it by clearing the site data.
Visit statistics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept the banner): records anonymised clicks, scrolls and screen recordings to show us where visitors get stuck. It sets cookies. Declining changes nothing for you, and you can change your choice by clearing the site data.
Ab scan and your consent
A photo of your stomach is health data under article 9 of the GDPR. We analyse it only if you tick the consent box and confirm that you are 18 or older. Without both, the scan does not start.
Your browser shrinks the photo, then sends it to our server, which passes it to Cloudflare Workers AI (Gemma 4 model, by Google) to rate your abs. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this step.
We do not store the photo and we do not log it. The result is shown on your screen and is not attached to your email.
You can refuse or stop at any time by not scanning. The scan is not medical advice.
Why we may use your data
Your consent for the photo. The contract for your purchase and access. Our legitimate interest in counting visits without cookies.
Who receives data
Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (photo analysis), Vercel (hosting and visit statistics), Microsoft (Clarity, only if you accept), Upstash (access database). Some of them are outside the European Union; transfers rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Photo: not kept. Purchase record: as long as your access lasts. Payment and accounting records: kept by Stripe and by us for the period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its use, by writing to contact@abdocoach.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your workout history and your consent choice in local storage so the site can work as you left it.
